with financial, manufacturing, and retail organizations allows Tom
to bring extensive insight to his clients. Tom uniquely incorporates adult learning methodologies and
behavioral science techniques into his consulting process to
ensure learning retention, rapid application of knowledge and
skills, and immediate performance improvement. As a speaker, he
is best known for his high energy, positive attitude and ability
to actively involve audiences through organizational specific
exercises and applications.

| DR. MICHAEL O'CONNOR -is an accomplished author, consultant, business
advisor, speaker and trainer. He has three decades of experience
working with both private and public companies and organizations
of all sizes, both domestically and internationally. He
continues to work daily with organizations, groups, and
individuals to build their current and future success. The
nature of his continuing contribution is reflected in the
reputation he has gained as "the consultant's
consultant" and "executive coach". He has
authored more than two hundred products that are used for the
assessment and development of businesses/work groups, leaders
and employees. Dr. O'Connor is also currently the co-author of
six books, with Developing
Leadership &
Character and Managing by Values as his most recent.
